Now for the rest of the story! I have read the posts on printing your publications across the U.S. and wanted to let everyone know of an option for your printing needs. My company is Georgia Publishing Company, and we have a printing co-op for folks who publish, print and distribute neighborhood news papers.
Our co-op was formed to reduce the ever increasing copy cost associated with our businesses, which is one of, if not the biggest cost in running our respective companies. We do not print copies! We have formed a co-op with Ricoh Corporation, one of the largest copier manufactures in the world, and they do the printing for us worldwide, yes worldwide! These copies come from high speed, two-sided one pass copiers manufactured by Ricoh Corporation, and Ricoh does the production for us.
We currently print for multiple publishers like you, and handle everything needed to produce crisp, clean, sharp professionally done copies, right to your door via UPS Ground. As a co-op, we have agreements in place that allow us to receive guaranteed copy cost on an annual basis, and as the volume grows, which it is, our pricing goes DOWN for everyone!

I've been using this printer for the last couple of weeks and they have done really well. It takes one week from when I place the order til I receive the order, and that's from Georgia to Colorado. Easy to work with, low cost, no minimum, and free shipping! They also gave me the name of a graphic designer for those of us who don't have time to design the ads.
