The Laughable News

I am getting lots of positive feedback on my paper from the owners of the establishments where I distribute. For example, last delivery, at one of my restaurants, the owner and an employee said they LOVE the paper, and that people are asking "where is that yellow paper?"

So, my thought is to keep aside one ad space, and each week, "highlight" one establishment that gives me positive feedback. Something like this:

Guests of XYZ Restaurant in Davidson LOVE the Laughable News, and ask for "that yellow paper" all of the time, owner Joe Blow told this publisher recently.

OR:

Jane Doe, owner of XYZ Salon in Cornelius recently told the publisher that they can't wait for the new edition of Laughable News, saying that three of the employees sat and laughed out loud at the last edition.

I love the idea of positive reinforcement, and being able to do something extra to insure good working relationships with my distribution points, especially since some of the locations also provide a competitors paper, and that paper has NO leeway to do anything like this.

I think that is a great idea!

It doesn't cost you anything to do it, and it'll look fabulous. Should you come to a point where you have sold all of your ad spaces, and need that space, you can just remove the little blurp and sell the space. It's Win-Win!
