Hey Nick,
A better idea for you may be to create your own "Sample Template". By taking the time to put one together, you will have learned a valuable skill - editing the template. Then, when it comes time to actually publish, you won't have as much to do.
So, I would recommend downloading the Sample Template from the "downloads" menu above.
(NOTE: Nick has Reserved his counties, and therfore has access to that menu item. If you are just visiting, or have only just registered, you will not see it). Then also download the Sample Ad Designs and Self Advertisements. Add the Sample Ads, a few "Self Advertisement" ads, and you should be full. Then change your contact info at the top - be sure to leave out the dates so that you can use the printed templates again in the future.
Print off 500 copies or so, and then use them with your promo kit.
The biggest benefit of doing it this way is that you are now handing out 11x17 business cards! The potential advertiser will have everything needed to make a decision, and give you a call. (If you use someone elses design, you would have
their contact info on every newsletter - a little confusing for your potential advertiser)
