Business Cards

• Use this template to create your own business cards.  All text is customizable.

Promo Kits

• A great way to get advertisers is to leave them something to consider.  A business card is nice, but an entire promo kit is better!
• Consider putting together a kit with a Sample newsletter, the Top 8 Reasons To Advertise, and Ad Prices And Sizes. Even if a potential advertiser doesn't have the time to sit down with you, they'll still have everything they need to make a decision.
  
• Or, if you just want to blitz shops, then try handing out a Sample newsletter and a Flyer.
• In all cases, you'll just need to replace existing ads/info with your own.
• Note:  The title for "8 Reasons To Advertise" is a photoshop file.  You'll need to download an additional file below to edit it.  Just edit and the replace it inside the InDesign file.  (If I've confused you terribly, ask in the forum or give me a call)

Letterhead

• Use these templates to create your own letterhead.  All text is customizable.

Photoshop Versions

This is the version you would take to your commercial printer to have letterhead printed.  If you are printing with your own printer, you will need to follow a 2 step process.

1. Open the file in photoshop, and print.
2. Re-insert the page into the printer, and print your text from a program like Word.

InDesign Version

This version will work with your home printer and Adobe InDesign.  You can enter text right on the page, so you only need to print once.  It is set up as a 8.5 x 11 page, with 0.5 inch margins, and 0.25 inch bleeds.

Editable fields include:

1. Name at top (ie.  The Laughable News, or The Laughable News - Lethbridge, etc
2. "To" section
3. Content

Brochure

• This brochure was designed by a publisher.  You will need to customize it to suit your needs.

Envelopes

• Want to print custom envelopes for your business.  Use these files to print both front and rear images.

Advertising Contract & Invoice

• Here is a simple contract you may use for selling ads, as well as an invoice for billing. 
  

Be sure to bring the contract into your lawyer before using it.  What may work in one State, may not work in another.

Insert

• Use this file to create memorable inserts for your newsletter stands.
• The insert is 4 inches wide by 6.5 inches tall.

• Use this logo file for websites or for creating your own artwork.
